After 17 months, three phases and $15 million dollars in construction costs-the staff and students of the Palmerton Area School District are enjoying new and updated facilities at the junior high school. Completed in September of 2017, Phase I consisted of the conversion of a grass football field into a multi-sport turf field, including a synthetic track. Waterfront Allentown – A dynamic new development is taking shape along the Lehigh River in Allentown, and Barry Isett & Associates is proud to be civil engineer and landscape architect of record. Developed by The Waterfront Redevelopment Partners LP, a partnership between Dunn Twigger Company LLC , Jaindl Properties LLC, and Michael Dunn Co. Ltd. the project will transform 26 industrial acres into a mixed-use riverfront community center on a new Waterfront Drive as a main street corridor. The Waterfront will feature 11 buildings encompassing over 700,000 SF of office space, 413 residential apartments, 108,000 SF of retail space and 39,000 SF of restaurant space. Several multi-level garages with retail first floor uses will integrate parking for over 2,800 cars.
